Deluxe BBQ Potatoes

For 4 individuals

4 potatoes

aluminium foil
cheese
bacon
pepper
salt
alioli
spring onion

Preparation

– Wrap the potatoes in aluminium foil and place them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 60 minutes.
– Once done, let them cool down and slice the potato making sure you don’t cut all the way through to the bottom.
– Fill up these openings with cheese and bacon, wrap it up in aluminium foil and place them on the BBQ for 10-15 minutes.
– Open up the package, add some pepper and salt and garnish with some alioli (or sour cream) and spring onion (or chives)
