Ingredients for 2 individuals
1 onion, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
4 tomatoes, sliced
250g bacon, diced
2 tblsp garlic infused olive oil
100 g pine nuts
– Add the lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, peppadews and olive oil in a bowl.
– Fry the diced bacon and add it to the bowl for a nice salty bite.
– Roast the pine nuts and add them.
– Mix all and serve
