Salmone al pesto rosso

For 4 individuals:

4 pieces of salmon (completely defrosted)
150-200 g red pesto
1 lemon
2 garlic cloves
pepper
salt
basil
thyme
dill
olive oil (EV)
Preparation

– Preheat the oven to 180°C
– Grease the oven tray
– Place the uncooked, defrosted pieces of salmon in it and add salt, pepper and dill to your liking
– Put all of the red pesto on top of the salmon, equally divided
– Add a little amount of basil and thyme over the salmon
– Cut the garlic gloves roughly and place them on several places in the oven tray
– Cut the lemon in 4. Squeeze 1 lemon over the salmon and place the other 3 in the oven tray
– Put the oven tray in the oven for 30 minutes

Serving suggestion:
Nice to eat with some tagliatelle or baked potato wedges
