What you do:
Fry the bacon until crispy, then put aside.
Dice the onion and garlic and fry them in the remaining bacon fat for a better taste.
Cut the asparagus in tiny pieces and add to the pan.
Add the bacon and spinach and let it fry until the spinach has shrunk.
Add the cooking cream and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
In the meantime cook the fusili al dente in salty boiling water.
Add the parmesan cheese to the sauce, together with the fusili and stir well.
Leave out the bacon if you’re a veggie!
